a. A Glimpse
Established on 25th August, 1984, Indonesian Derivatives Clearing House (IDCH) is one of Self Regulatory Organisations at Futures and Derivatives Industry in Indonesia which is currently owned fully by the Government of Republic of Indonesia.

On 4th September, 2001, Chairman of Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency (COFTRA) issued a decree No. 128/IX/2001 whereby IDCH obtained a license to operate as a Futures Clearing House in Indonesia. Based on that decree, the company can then allow to conduct its primary functions to clear, guarantee and settle any futures and derivatives contracts at Exchange/Off-Exchange registered at IDCH by the Clearing Members.

Currently, IDCH conducts clearing and guarantee settlement on any transaction occurred at Jakarta Futures Exchange (JFX) as well as transactions done Off-Exchange rendered by its members. Besides this, IDCH is also allowed to support any others exchanges and institutions on futures and/or derivatives transactions, provided that an operational license has been issued to that exchange or institution by CoFTRA.


b. Vision
To be a healthy of Clearing House and Central Registration of Warehouse Receipt with health, efficient, trust, and capable to maintain financial integrity and information system integrity.


c. Mision
Corporate mission:
  • To maintain financial integrity of trading future industry and integrity of derivative;
  • To maintain integrity information system of warehouse receipt system;
  • To increase surplus of profit/ industry then the corporate still healthy and “financially sound”;
  • To carry out of “Human Capital Development” which is professional and highly integrity along with ability in managerial and operational;
  • To assume clearing function and guarantee the settlement of transaction in olderly, fairly and efficient to Clearing member;
  • To assume central registration in olderly, fairly and efficient with support to develop National Provider of Information System Commodity (SISNASKOM);
  • To provide sustainable information vehicle and infrastructure, reliable and cost effective, then be able to support Clearing and Guarantee Settlement of Transaction with Central Registration and be able to anticipate of global competition;
  • To increase the commitment of corporate services development and cooperate with other internal/external (foreign) institution.
